1920's Marine Inboard Engine (Coventry)
« on: August 08, 2010, 09:18:42 PM »
Early 1900's inboard marine engine. I was told it was from the life boat of the Jamestown East passage ferry. The engine was restored and has been sitting for 30+ years. It turns over and has good compression. It will run. Appears to be 1 1/2HP, single cylinder. Big solid flywheel on the front. This belongs in a museum.
