I'll be there of course, and I know Adam L. will be there....If anyone needs crew I just happen to know of someone (ahem...) that has a particular appreciation of all things herreshoff who is is available.

Unfortunately, I have an appointment with some ice cubes, poolside, about 1500 miles away.  Isn't it difficult to haul a halyard whilst attired in a trenchcoat?

OK seeing I have received no invites - errr…for my “friend”…to sail at the regatta - I will instead be there in my usual capacity as Herreshoff Registry incognito photographer. For those of you attending (whether Sailing or not) please let me know posting here or in a private e-mail (Lurkers as well!).

I have a GIFT for all of you thanks to our fearless leader…

I'll be going, and this time my lovely wife will be at my side.  Won't be getting there until about noon on Saturday though. 

Only one more regatta after this one  to suffer through as a bystander. In 2012 I plan to splash my 12 1/2, and partake in the action.  looking forward to that day.

ALERA will still be in Maine unfortunately.  There are 3 older Alerion 26s registered though!   Right now my plan is to be on a Stuart Knockabout, ZEPHYR, on Sat. and JOYANT on Sun.   Can't wait!
