Either someone is going to have a VERY Merry Christmas or that price has a typo.  I assume the figure has lost its last 0, which would make it a competitive price.  The last one that sold, BANZAI, was listed at around $275K and needed an overhaul.  Boothbay Shipyard wants about $720K for a freshly restored one, and is asking $425K for ALERA.

Judging by the photos, she will need some work if the new owner wants to make her authentic.  The tiller has been replaced with a wheel, and the house has been modified.

Bowsprit as well... yes she's had mods but at that price I could live with it  ;).... Wonder if there is deep enough water in Florida for such a boat ;D.

She almost looks like "Bambino" with that rig.

BAMBINO is fresh off of a serious restoration.  I hope to get a chance to have a gander one of these days soon.

Bambino? really - when did they do this? She was sort of mothballed in the hall of boats in racing trim last I saw (early Fall last year). Did they do work on her over the winter? Are they going to race her agan....?
