18' Bay Fisherman

I have what I always thought was a Yacht Club Launch, but recently understand is a Bay Fisherman.  Built in 1978, 18'02".  Does anyone know anything about these boats?  Are they the same and is there a market for them?

I assume we are talking the Herreshoff 18' catboat hulls? If the console is on the port side its a YC launch model. If its in the middle its a bay fisherman model.
