The person to contact on the R-Class is Scott Rohrer (scottr@rhins.com). He is the defacto keeper of the R-Class "registry". The MS Excel version I have is some years old and I don't see a "Virginia" on there but like all of these registries there is plenty of missing data. Contact him and see what he can dig up.
