I know your post is old, so this may be very old news to you, but Rugosa is available. She's sitting outside on the hard and needs tons of work. You could try to contact Halsey Herreshoff, or Bill Lynn at the Herreshoff museum could probably steer you in the right direction. I'm a docent at the museum and we would all like to see Rugosa saved.
