I am relatively new to this forum and hopefully will locate a Scout 18 for sale. I will consider a project depending on the condition. I am getting out of light plane flying and want to get into sailing. I have seen several Herreschoff on this website but do not know how to contact the owners to see if they would consider selling. 1974 18' Novak and Williams cat ketch. Excellent condition, garage kept, fresh varnish, fresh bottom paint, sails in great condition, marconi rig on both masts. Classic lines, 2 mast rings to hold belaying pins. Boat parade / boat show quality, event head turner. On a quality trailer with custom mast(s) holders. same hull as the Herreshoff America, just different deck layout I am told. barndoor rudder. Boat location FL.
