Miscellaneous Herreshoff Topics / HA-18 America Question Regarding Length

I'm looking at purchasing an HA-16 America.  Is the 18'2" LOA with or without the barndoor rudder?  I'm trying to decide if it will fit in a 20' garage (thats even before I consider the trailer!).  Thanks very much.
