New H 12 1/2 found # 2015?

IBIS is for sale, and is cared for in Quisset by Weatherly Dorris and crew.  She is a Quincy Adams, built in maybe 1947.  QA licensed the rights to build the 12, and used the HMC builder's plate.  They used numbers 2000 thru 2050 (or 2001 thru 2051, not sure).  They built 51 under that license.

Are you documenting these boats from CCSB and QA also? I would think to stop confusion in the future it would be a good thing....Just trying to make extra work for you

Guys, help me out with this: Ibis appears to have no gaff jaws.  Is there a track up the mast that the gaff rides in?  I've never seen this arrangement before.

I don't record information about the QA and CCSB boats.  Awhile ago I drew that line from a time consideration perspective.  I occasionally wish I had not made that choice, since I have stumbled across quite a few of these. One of the big problems is that I have never been able to locate a Quincy Adams builder's record.

I don't know anything about the gaff arrangement here.
