I’m going to miss his sweet 19 ft dual axle galvanized tilt trailer that was under my Mako 19 ft CC  the following parts either were replaced with new or serviced >
New Parts:
4 – New tires – (2011)
4 – New rims – (2011)
4- New buddy bearing – (2011)
4 new Monroe shock (2010)
2 new custom air bellows shocks $ 800.00 – (2012)
2 new roller supports bar (2010)
2 new waterproof lights and wiring with connection adapter plug (2010)
1 new 12in main roller (2010)
1 new heavy duty double wheeled adjustable stand (2012)
2 new spare tire brackets with 2 used spare tires (2011)
2 new guide poles (2012)
1 new handle cable unit (2010)

Rebuild Parts:
4 – Axles repacked with new bearing
All main rollers > removed and repacked

God its like pulling teeth to get my herreshoff harbor pilot put onto the new dual axle tilt trailer!  I guess with a skeleton staff for the winter months thats what i get  :o

With 20 states listed you have to wonder when the list was started and how long it took to sell at least 20 Harbor Pilots. :)

Well the Herreshoff Harbor Pilot is now on the Mako 19 Trailer had to make some adjustments because of shape of the downeast cat hull ....

 I thought I had found a good home for my 40 year old “ Herreshoff Harbor Pilot “, summers in Annapolis, MD and winters in Fla., but the deal fell through at the last moment nothing to do with the Pilot.  The buyer decided not to retire and continue working, and had no time to use the boat.  Part of me was Sad but another part of me was Happy!   Oh, well the good old girl got a better trailer under her now and that should make her happy ….. ;D
