On another subject how many Herreshoff 37' meadow larks and 55' Marco -polo's are in the US ?, and location & owners ?  Thanks

Great question--with several if not many of L.F.H's designs the designs were published and copies sold to people who built them at various yards.  With few restrictions on building new ones at the same yard.  For example there is a new build  Rozinante in the Pacific Northwest right now. 

The answer is therefore unknown.
