Identify this herreshoff boat please

All wood, seems to follow cheoy lee somewhat, but not exactly sold to me as a herreschoff designed boat.

I'm pretty familiar with most Cheoy Lee Far East designs and that doesn't look like any I've seen - Nor is that likely a Herreshoff design.
