Pilot Hardware Refinishing
« on: December 17, 2012, 09:11:55 PM »

I've spent a great # of hours refinishing the hardware on the pilot I'm restoring, & was wondering if i should have them

powercoated with a clear coat. or should I do it myself & it a clear coat application with a rattle can? When not using the boat

it will be stowed in my garage. Thank You in advance.

WOW - Nice Bass Hardware ........   The Clear Coat need to be Bake On via a heated paint booth , its going to in time wear off the cleats if used with rope lines .....

Can you tell us about your Herreshoff Harbor Pilot -  Pictures , Hull # , Year , VIN # , hull Color and Engine ( gas or diesel ) HP ? ....... Thanks Cardinal Joe
