Kirk -" Modifications" in all forms are the bane of my Harbor Pilot Quest existence. I'm beginning to doubt I'll be able to locate the ideal candidate for restoration that my limited budget will allow. However, I'll continue to look. From what I've seen so far, most previous owners have installed rod holders, extra cleats, over-powered engines, additional windows, and have modified the stock boat beyond what is reversible or acceptable to me. I fully understand wanting to personalize a boat for oneself, and each has his own idea as to what's acceptable, but, for me, the closer to "stock", the better I like it. These, of course, are my own opinions.
